In the wake of COVID-19, many of us have found ourselves thrust into pursuing how to take our full-time practice online. Even for the most technologically savvy, the list of required tasks for setup and routine execution alone often isn’t as simple as expected. When you provide information about you and your services, we generate a clean and professional looking profile for you that is indexed by Google. This is the page that displays your availability and allows users to book a session with you. A unique url also allows you to share your profile simply by displaying its link on your website, in your email signature, on your business card, and anywhere else! We also generate an iframe embed code that you can use to display your up to date availability on your website.

On Consult Virtually, scheduling is built-in to the process. No more emailing back and forth to find a time that’s right for you and your client. Simply add your availability to the app and let clients choose the time that works best for them!

Part of automating the booking/scheduling process is assuring your client you’ll be there. Since a client selects their time based on your availability, we notify you that the time-slot has been booked while also letting your client know you are looking forward to meeting with them.

Conversations with clients about payment can distract from your relationship with them. Figuring out the “how” can also take up a lot of your time and your client’s time. We think the ideal scenario is to remove that conversation entirely. So, we did. Payment processing is built into the app, so you don’t have to worry about discussing prices or tools. What’s more… your earnings get delivered directly to your bank account.
